Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a company whose emphasis is on continuous improvement. Our client is looking to hire a vibrant and customer-focused HR Assistant to support the Human Resource Manager.
This is a 360 role supporting the HR Manager where you will be involved in and trained in performance management processes and employee relations. You will follow through on the implementation of HR policies and procedures as well as facilitate communication with line managers on HR issues. In addition, you will be responsible for training and development along with reviewing and assisting on the HR Budget, recruitment and payroll. You will also provide assistance in all HR administration including visas
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a bachelors Degree in HRM or be CIPD / PHR qualified. You should have knowledge of the Qatari Labour Laws and strong Excel and Word experience. It is essential you are meticulous and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, you should be a passionate and ambitious individual who is ready to take on the next challenge in their career. Our client has stated a preference for a Western candidate.
