The RoleThe RoleFiling of all personnel documentation. Preparation of bank letters for new joiners to set up local bank accounts. Preparation of salary certificates as required. Maintenance of employee leave charts and leave details. Preparation of documentation required for employee medical insurance and assistance with any medical claims. Preparation of employment contracts as required. Assist with recruitment using the Recruitment Management System. Induction of new employees and preparation of induction information and advice. In conjunction with the Regional Training team, implement and manage the training calendar and courses. Coordination of company temporary accommodation as directed by Senior HR Advisor. Assisting with ad hoc duties as required by the Senior HR Advisor Other duties as requested from time to time. |
RequirementsRequirementsOne year administrative HR experience or HR degree minimum Must have outstanding communication skills in written and spoken English Exceptional level of computer literacy in Windows – Word, Outlook, Excel High degree of accuracy required |
