Job description / Role
To provide operational and administrative assistance to the HR Manager and HR Officers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Manager and HR Officers in day to day operations.
- Update and maintain records in the personnel information system and run standard and ad hoc queries (Query Manager)
- Coordinating probation review processes and assisting with the annual appraisal processes.
- First point of contact in absence of HR Manager, answering queries and/or preparing answers under supervision of HR Manager
- Ensure all operations are being performed as per the rules and regulations and section guidelines of superiors.
- Prepare various kinds of HR related correspondence
- Maintain and update personnel files
- Maintain leave administration
Requirements
- Degree / Certification in Human Resources
- Work Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience
- IT Knowledge MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel), SAP
- Language Proficiency: English
Functional Competencies:
- Demonstrates expertise in SAP
- Demonstrates analytical and numerical ability with attention to detail
- Demonstrates intermediate level of Expertise in Microsoft Excel

Salary Expectations: Around 6000 - 7000 AED
