Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

-Assists in maintaining the human resource database and all employee records and files and do daily filing .
- Handles payroll processing and tracks and reports payroll information
-Completes assigned reporting functions involving attendance statistics, termination, hire and transfer data, and other information assigned.
-Assists in informing new employees of human resource policies and programs as needed.
- Performs general office support functions and assists area.
-Answer to phone calls.
-Work in other offices in case someone is absent.

Requirements

- High school / diploma
- Knowledge of English and Arabic languages.
- Excellent knowledge of using computer ( Microsoft Office).
- Good communication skills.
- Visa Article 18 transferable .
- Work under the pressure
- Can work with team
