Job description / Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of the region's top manufacturing and real estate groups as a HR Business Partner. Our client is one of the most well respected groups within the region, having been established almost 50 years ago, they possess an exciting and diverse portfolio of businesses.
This role will support the Group HRBP in strategic HR initiatives and projects, with a particular focus on talent management processes and delivery. You will act as a change agent in managing organisational change related to HR activities and get involved in all aspects of performance management, designing and implementing HR policies and procedures and employee engagement.
You will also support the business units in identifying business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operation, process or programs. In addition, you will support management with employee development, succession planning and talent retention as well as coaching and mentoring individuals on performance, absence, disciplines and other employee relation matters.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be Degree educated with at least three years' experience within a generalist HR role. It is essential you have experience within the manufacturing or real estate industries and that you are a fluent Arabic speaker.
