HR Business Partner (Business Unit)

Job description / Role

Our client, one of the leading Holding companies operating across the UAE is looking for an experienced, senior HR professional to join their team as HR Business Partner for one of their key Business Units.

The role includes the following responsibilities,
- Providing functional leadership and expertise to the business.
- Provide support, leadership and expertise surrounding HR processes, policies and processes.
- Translate business objectives into a set of strategic people priorities, which fully align with the organisations people strategy and can be shown to contribute to business growth, profitability and employee engagement.
- Partner with the corporate operational development function in developing more effective business solutions aligned with and supporting business agenda.
- Contribute to business strategy by supporting leadership to identify, prioritise and build organisational capabilities.
- Implement the business unit people strategy that supports the business strategy, overseeing workforce planning, recruitment, performance reviews, collaborate with Learning & Development to identify skill gaps within the respective business unit.
- Provide expert functional advice and targeted coaching to leadership team to create a true talent culture.

Requirements

- CIPD qualified
- 15+ years of practical HR experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, Arabic speakers preferred
- Strong people management skills
- Proven track record of implementing and delivering effective people management strategies
- Extensive knowledge of HR and local law
