This is an excellent opportunity to take an important role at a growing FMCG group; my client is seeking a HR Business Partner to play a pivotal role in their continuous expansion within KSA and the region.
Requirements
The HR Business Partner will build the bridge between the HR team and the business units; you will have responsibility of contributing to and following the business strategy and give support to all business functions. A major responsibility will be formulating strategic HR solutions to aid restructuring and manpower planning. This role is an important component for aligning HR with business requirements. The ideal candidate will have on the ground experience in Saudi and be willing to learn and merge into a business growing in the region.
