Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an internationally recognised FMCG group that has an operational presence throughout the globe. Our client is looking to hire an HR Business Partner who will be a strategic part of this highly successful organisation and will be based in its Qatar business unit.
Reporting to the Head of HR in the UAE, you will be instrumental in the development and implementation of strategic HR in the Qatar office and as a generalist, your scope will cover all aspects of HR. You will liaise with Senior Management to ensure the global benchmark HR values and practices that are implemented in Qatar are in line with international and local policies and procedures.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be Degree qualified with relevant studies in HR. You should have solid HR generalist experience along with outstanding knowledge of the Qatar market of ministries as well as Labour Laws. Ideally you should have experience within FMCG but this is not essential. It is critical you are highly professional, presentable and have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
