A leading Fashion retailer is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team in Kuwait.

The main responsibilities:
- HR Optimization
- Organizational design
- Relationship building with main stakeholders
- Implement up to date HR policies and procedures
- Performance management
- Oversee recruitment
- Complex management of large scale operations
- HR reporting
- Drive internal HR mission and implement change

Requirements

- Educated to degree level
- Extensive experience working within a Retail background
- MNC exposure
- 5 - 7 years experience working within a HR Generalist role
- Takes initiative and forward thinking
- Implements positive change
- Ability to hold accountability for decisions made
- Excellent communication skills
- Works well as part of a team
