Due to continued growth this leading Dubai based group is now looking for a vibrant and customer focused HR Business Partner to join their hospitality division.

Responsibilities will include partnering with relevant department leaders to develop and implement organisational effectiveness and provide generalist HR support to the relevant departments. You will introduce and support several key levers including culture change, performance management and measurement, talent planning leadership development, change management, organisational effectiveness, total reward, managing diversity, workforce planning, recruitment and selection, strategic planning, employee relations, corporate social responsibility, job evaluation and employee services.

To apply for this position you should have at least five years experience in a similar role. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a strong customer focus and attention to detail. Ideally you have previous experience working within the region.
