Employment: Full Time

A leading Engineering Consultancy are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their Saudi operations in Jeddah.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Change Management
- Review of policies and procedures
- Aligning HR with the goals of the business
- Improving efficiency of HR functions
- Gap Analysis
- Bench marking
- Job Grading Analysis
- Org Chart Review
- Stakeholder Engagement

Requirements

- Degree Qualified (essential)
- CIPD or HR related Qualification preferred
- Minimum of 10 years experience in HR
- Minimum of 3-4 years in a Business Partner Role
- Experience working in Saudi and advantage
- Must have covered the Saudi market previously
- Experience working in Europe/US would be an advantage

Salary: 50,000 - 65,000 SAR/month - all inclusive
