HR Business Partner - Leading Retail Organization - KSA

- Active management of all people, supporting the business in improving performance and profitability and mitigating risk relating to people issues.
- First line advice to the business on appropriate methods to manage performance, handle employee relations matters and provide generalist HR support.
- Contributing to the output of the compensation and benefits audit and review process including external market data surveys, job matching and compensation analysis for annual pay reviews.
- Building positive working relationships with all employees and management.
- Working with the business managers to identify recruitment needs and support them in raising the bar by hiring talent.
- Preventing potentially damaging situations by education and monitoring of best practice.
- Day-to-day management of the benefits plans and third party vendor relationship management.
- Ownership of payroll process and HR systems management.
- Translation of business changes into practical people management solutions.
- Ability to communicate and engage with employees at all levels internally and with external stakeholders.
- Develop and operate a new hire induction program as well as supporting managers through managerial effectiveness coaching.

Requirements

- Should have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience as HR Business Partner.
- Broad generalist experience within an HR function operating at an advisory level and beyond.
- Recruitment and interviewing experience essential.
- Experience of developing and drafting HR policy in line with UAE labour legislation.
- Experience in supporting Managers and employees through performance and employee relations issues.
- Have a strong working knowledge of UAE labour laws.
- Hold a nationally recognized HR certification.
- Demonstrate experience of working in a secure and confidential environment.
- Strong team player who is also able to work on as an individual contributor.
- Fluent written and spoken English are essential.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Candidates from Media, Electronic or financial service industry.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent all-round HR skills.
- Driven, proactive, confident and credible.
