Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The HRBP is required to support Manufacturing in the areas of change management, performance management, OD, design of policies, procedures and processes, recruitment, employee development succession planning and compensation & benefits and also retention / employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Reputable University degree in HR or related discipline.

- Preferably CIPD or SHRM qualified.

- 5 years plus experience in an HR Generalist role.

- Must have experience of working in a manufacturing environment.

- Must be an Arabic speaker.

- Exceptional commercial awareness & business acumen.

- Good breadth & depth of all HR skills.
