HR Business Partner (Oil & Gas)

Job description / Role

Our Client a privately-held diversified holding company that operates across numerous industries and asset classes is seeking a HR Business partner to join their operations in Abu Dhabi.

This role shall hold single point accountability for HR management in the Oil & Gas business unit located in / outside of the UAE.

Act as the key, strategic, interface between the corporate and specific units within the sector in order to proactively support and add value in the delivery of business objectives.

Responsible for the entire gamut of generalist HR activities at the unit level which includes; talent management, resource & succession planning, employee relations, C&B administration, L&D, OD initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in related discipline
- CIPD qualification
- At least 6 years of relevant experience
- Exposure to best HR Practices, change management tools and techniques.
- Hands on experience on implementing competency based Performance Management System, HRIS and HR Metrics.
