Job description / Role
My client is a luxury retailer looking for two HR Business Partners to join two separate divisions of the business.
The Role
As a HR Business Partner you will work closely with the Business Heads to advise on strategic and operational HR. You will be based in Kuwait but have regional responsibility for Kuwait, KSA, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Iraq & Lebanon.
In summary the role will be to:
- Work with the business leaders on strategic issues and business planning.
- Identify HR requirements and solutions.
- Be a single point of contact for internal clients.
- Lead HR processes for the internal clients including hiring, inducting, performance managing, succession planning and identifying top talent.
- Coach line managers.
- Understanding of employees of the business well and is an advocate for their cause.
- Monitor and takes action to improve employee engagement and desired culture.
- Provide feedback to core HR functions to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Have HR business partnering experience within the GCC.
- Must have the following sector experience - retail, hospitality, airlines. It is critical you have worked in a customer focused environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Arabic speaking candidates will be given preference but all nationalities will be considered who meet the criteria.
Salary
AED 20,000 - 26,000
