HR Business Partner - Abu Dhabi
30,000 - 35,000 Dhs

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global company with headquarters based in London. The regional office in Abu Dhabi is going through expansion due to continued success and company acquisitions. Reporting to the Regional HR Business Partner this is a very operational position. The main responsibility will be to deliver the regions business plans ensuring activities within the operations are supported effectively. This role has 6 direct reports located around the region.

Responsibilities include:
- Drive improvements in the provision of people management processes across the region ensuring HR is equipped to support growth plans including enhanced integration programmes and new acquisitions
- Day to day management of the regional HR team
- Deploy the company mission and values through all Regional people activities, operating to the HR policy frameworks and best practices
- Advise on and roll out the appropriate organization structure, people and competencies to achieve the Regional strategy & business stream goals
- Oversee the recruitment activities ensuring sufficient talent pipelines across the business
- Provide support and advice to Business Line Leaders on people issues in accordance with local policy and practice
- Co-ordinates people aspects of new regional activities, restructuring & integration of acquisitions and responses to economic or legal developments
- Supports and enacts regional communication tools and processes for effective 2 way flow and to increase employee engagement
- Contributes to the worldwide HR network continual development and improvement of policy frameworks, processes and tools

This role requires travel around the GCC

Requirements

- Candidates should have a hands-on approach and have experience of managing teams, ideally in different geographical locations. Candidates with experience of implementing policies and procedures and new HR department set ups will be preferred.
- Experience of change management and acquisitions would also be preferred.
- A HR qualification, coupled with a minimum of 6 years in a HR role with at least 2 years UAE experience is required.
- Only candidates currently present in the UAE will be considered
