HR Business Partner

Job description / Role

A leading authority in Cyber Security in the Middle East is seeking an experience HR Business Partner to join their team at a senior level due to rapid company growth. You will be an integral part of the HR team, 1st order of priority for the role holder will be to assist the HR Manager to ramp up the technical team to a headcount of 80 by the end of the year and oversee the on-boarding of the team as a majority of them will be expats

As a key liason between the HR department and the MD, you will also be responsible for compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, development and employee relations.

The role holder will be supported by the corporate H.R function for all transactional & TA activities.

Requirements

- Minimum of 8 years in a similar role within the IT field
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience
- Comfortable with govt liaison regarding visa and security clearance process
- In depth knowledge and experience in T.A, comp & bens, employee relations and recruitment related activities
- Western educated professional
