An International Service Providers with operations across the Globe, Europe, Asia and the MENA regions. Offering prestigious clients unique developed processes and services across the entire Facilities management process for various clients with assets from commercial offices to factories.

Our client offer integrated management services across from Facilities management and real estate.

Currently seeking a professional and hands on HR Business partner to be based in Dubai, however to take responsibility for the MENA region, to report into the Director of HR in Europe and the Director in the UAE.

One would be responsible for overseeing all Human Resources and Recruitment matters. To oversee all Visa and general HR matters for example training as well as on boarding processes for internal employees as well as JV employees.

This is a strategic and tactical role which requires a hands on and strategic individual with a driven and personable manner. One should possess an approachable character as well as the ability to think out of the box and initiate new ideas. There is potential for future career growth.

One should be based in the GCC region, with a Degree in Administration or HR, a Masters Degree would be preferable however non essential. Preferably exposure to the service sector and a solid understanding of the labour law, HR processes as well as recruitment and re structuring experience. Occasional travel is required within the role.
