Job description / Role
• Provide HR Business Partner support to the client, positioning the role as an integral part of the client areas advising on HR strategic matters
• Work in partnership with the business providing specialist coaching, support and influence that enable the business to effectively deliver their people plans and meet their Qatarization commitments.
• Advise and support the business in Employee Engagement initiatives
• Advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organisational change, structures, people processes and business improvement initiatives in order to improve business efficiency and people management.
• Equip key clients with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with HR processes and polices.
Requirements
1. Min Bachelor Degree in HR or equivalent
2. Membership to CIPD or Equivalent
3. Min 15 years of HR experience
4. Min 5 years in BP or HR Strategic role in large organizations
5. Fluent in English
