Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading global multi-disciplinary. Due to continued growth in Qatar, our international client is looking to hire a highly driven and experienced HR Business Partner to work alongside one of their clients.
You will partner with relevant department leaders to develop and implement organisational effectiveness. You will also introduce and support several key levers such as culture change, performance management and measurement.
Other responsibilities will include talent planning, leadership development, change management, organisational effectiveness, total reward as well as diversity management, workforce planning, recruitment and selection. Additionally you will be accountable for employee relations, corporate social responsibility coupled with job evaluation and employee services.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a highly driven and dedicated individual with at least five years' experience in a similar role ideally within the GCC; Qatar experience would be highly advantageous. You should be a strong team player with an adaptable and proactive attitude, have a flexible approach and strive for success in your role as an HR Business Partner.
It is essential you have the ability to demonstrate a strong commercial and cultural understanding as well as deliver processes and solutions which meet the organisations and their clients objectives. You should possess solid experience in contract management working alongside both internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role.
