My Client, a highly established FMCG organisation are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis.

As the HR Business Partner, you will report into the HR Director.

The HR Business Partner will be integral in driving high performance and engagement through the provision of advice, handling of people management matters, grievances and various other operational issues.

You will be highly credible with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation. As a key member of the business, it is imperative that you have a proven track record in managing key client relationships and demonstrate an excellent understanding of the full Business Partner lifecycle.

Key responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:
•Employee Relations
•Restructures (Impact they have on an organisation)
•Redundancies
•Client Relationship Management
•Championing HR best practice through actively supporting the integration and implementation of strategic HR initiatives

This position will suit a proactive HR Business Partner with a generalist background who can demonstrate strong stakeholder management and project/change management experience. You will also have worked in a fast paced environment, hold a degree and preferably a HR certification.
