Job description / Role
A leading business here in the UAE are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to join their HR Department.
Manage, coordinate and provide daily operational support to the various Business Units.
Support overall HR strategy
Planning & Organization
Change Management
Reporting
Employee Relations
Job Grading
Job Evaluation
Structure review
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years experience in HR
Experience working in both Multi-National and Regional/Local business
Ideally CIPD qualified
HR operational background
Hands on exposure
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication and Change Management skills
25,000 - 28,000 AED/month + Excellent Benefits
