Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a globally recognised market leader within the manufacturing industry. Operating in over 50 countries and working with several well-known households brands, our client is looking to hire an experienced HR Business Partner to be based in Dubai.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will cover 7 countries across the MENA region. You will maintain and deliver policies and programmes for staffing, training, employee relations, compensation & benefits as well as compliance and talent management. You will be heavily involved in performance management, learning and development, organisational excellence and project management. You will also set up global initiatives and focus on increasing employee retention.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a generalist capacity. You should have exceptional knowledge of recruiting techniques and benefits administration and have exposure to working within Saudi Arabia and the UAE. You should be fully versed with UAE and KSA labour laws and be able to work autonomously in a matrix environment as well as travel within the MENA region.
