Job description / Role
To effectively partner with the business to manage activities including recruitment, operations, training and policy legislation.
Business Partnering and providing guidance on policies, processes, sourcing and implementation of people plans is a part of the role.
Coaching and counseling employees on specific HR processes and polices and handling disciplinary issues is also required.
Requirements
Should have relevant experience with a reputed company in the retail or fmcg sectors.
Relevant HR qualifications are necessary
Should have excellent communication skills
Should be a team player
Should have dealt with a large employee base
Knowledge of local labour laws is an advantage
