HR Business Partner

Job description / Role

A leading Global IT Services business are currently looking for a HR Business Partner.

The individual will develop and manage the HR business support processes and procedures to ensure that the company complies with all government regulations and agreed company policies.

- Support the business units in achieving their targets by providing best practice HR support
- Provide support and guidance to line managers on HR matters
- Identify where a new or a change to an existing policy or procedure will better support the business
- Provide daily operational support to the business units
- Manage all employee communications

Requirements

- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years experience in HR
- Multi-National experience required
- Experience and understanding of UAE labor markets and laws
- HR operations background
- Ability to work independently
- Must have experience working in an IT/Technology business

Salary: 25.000 - 35,000 AED/'montj + Standard benefits
