Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a prestigious Oil and Gas organisation who is looking to hire a HR Business Partner to join their team. As HR Business Partner you will report to the HR Manager, managing recruitment and improving policies and procedures.
Your main responsibilities will be to advertise, screen, interview, negotiate and offer to perspective employees. You will take charge of the entire recruitment process, supporting staff in all areas of HR whilst developing service levels and HR policies and procedures.
You will also manage on boarding / orientation, employee relations, performance management, organisational changes and exit processing. In addition, you will liaise with HR Management, Line and Department Managers and the Training and Development Team.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have an Oil and Gas background with experience in a similar role alongside a minimum of 3 years experience within a HR generalist role. You will be confident, forward thinking and have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills. Having strong internal drive and motivation, you will be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
