The RoleThe RoleProvide strategic vision and full Human Resource services to the Business Unit, promoting best practice in the working environments. Work as a business partner with the BU Managing Director and Senior Management Team to provide professional customer focused and strategic HR advice, coaching and solutions that support the business in the identification and management of workforce issues and major change programs which support the development, integration and implementation of Group HR policy and practice. |
RequirementsRequirements•Tertiary qualification (degree) in HR or related field. •Minimum of 10 years HR experience and 3 years in a HR Management role. •Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships within HR and the rest of the business. •Experience in developing HR strategy in line with the business needs. •Proven communication skills. •Demonstrated evidence of influencing and coaching skills. •Experience in managing change within the organization. •Professional approach and results driven. •Strong leadership capability with the ability to build and motivate teams across multiple locations. •Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to prepare complex reports and documents etc. •Ability to maintain attention to detail whilst under pressure. •Prepared to travel to remote and unstable locations. •Experienced PC proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook |
