Job description / Role
Our client are seeking a HR Business Partner for their Iran Business. This Lead role, reporting to the Head of HR in Dubai, will include the full range of HR operational duties such as comps and bens, recruitment, implementation of HR policies and guidelines, supporting and counseling managers with any HR issues.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be a strong HR leader who is able to communicate fully in both English and Farsi, along with having strong understanding and working practice of Iranian labor laws and processes.
