Job Opportunity in Saudi Arabia Recruitment for Phramaceutical industry
Recruitment
• Use appropriate recruitment sources. When necessary, select hiring agencies, briefing them about the job descriptions and expectations, establishing the connection between managers and agencies, making sure that shortlists are presented to managers and interview arrangements are made at the expected quality level
• Offer preparation and analysis (employment package / contract stipulating salary, benefits and other employment terms related to the specific position) working with managers for approval, then extending the offers to selected candidates
• Guiding managers about the orientation program and making sure that all arrangements are in place as required
• All entry transactions for new employees: contracts, payroll, health and life insurance, personnel files, document gathering, internal communications and other administrative tasks are completed
Compensation & Benefits
• Responsible for the review and analysis of compensation surveys for employees
• Follow up on market data to make sure that the company C&B philosophy is maintained
• Full understanding of authorised remuneration surveys and benefit programs; life and medical insurance, annual incentive programs etc
Talent Review and Performance Management
• Provide full support to managers for talent and performance review programs
Employee Relations
• Be responsible for all Employee Relation matters within the team. Preventative approach to all ER issues by working with managers to ensure that all employees are treated according to Takeda’s policies and code of conduct. Ensure strict adherence to local and regional labour laws as well as internal regulations

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience
Currently located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Preferred Saudi National
Must be Female candidate
Must have experience in Recruitment, Employee relations, Training, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits.
Pharmaceutical industry experience will be an added advantage.
