The Company
Mackenzie Jones are working on an exclusive assignment with a well-known company with operations in the Middle East and internationally. They are now looking to recruit a commercially astute HR Business Partner to be a key member of the management team.

The Role
As HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role not just within the HR department but the wider business. You will be a support to the Senior Management team and involved in key business decisions.

It will be key that you can establish a pro-active customer focused approach to partnering relevant business functions and build effective working relationships with key stakeholders. You will anticipate future needs through effective analysis and problem solving and consult the relevant departments to align delivery of HR and commercial solutions.

You will also get involved in strategic elements within Resourcing, Talent Management, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management.

Requirements

The Person
The ideal candidate will already be a HR Business Partner in a Multinational or Leading Group of Companies in the Middle East. You will have at least 5 years’ experience within a strategic HR role and be used to working with Senior Managers within a business. My client is looking for a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills and gravitas that will help structure the future of the HR department. Arabic speaker preferred but my client is also open to expats with GCC experience. Candidates from the following industries preferred; Food, FMCG, Retail, Hospitality, Services.

Salary
KWD 1800 - 2500
