HR Business Partner - Kuwait
Salary: KD 1800 - 2500
One of the Middle Easts most established retail groups is currently looking for an HR Business Partner, based in their Kuwait Headquarters. This is an HR Generalist role HR generalist role and deliver to large and diverse client groups. The ideal candidate needs to have extensive HR Generalist experience within fashion.
Responsibilities:
- HR generalist role and delivery to large and diverse client groups.
- Managing a large stakeholder group of about 2000 people across the fashion brands.
- Business partnering.
- HR optimization.
- Organizational design Relationship building.
- Follow framework for HR in Business Partnering.
- Drive the HR mission.
Requirements
- University degree.
- At least 5 - 7 years' HR Generalist experience gained.
- Experience of working at a fast pace.
- Solid experience within fashion retail for a large multinational retailer.
- Previous leadership and line management of HR staff.
- Excellent communication skills with strong management capability, able to challenge and influence.
- Deep knowledge of HR best practice able to create, implement and manage HR programs.
