Job description / Role
A leading FMCG Company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team.
The main responsibilities will be:
- Handling grievances and disciplinary procedures
- Reviewing HR policies and procedures
- Manage internal movements of staff
- Promotions
- Monitor and oversee the recruitment for all functions from manufacturing to head office personnel
- Create and develop reporting methods for analysis by Head of HR
- Visit various retail outlets to monitor performance and morale
Requirements
- 3 years experience working as a HR Generalist
- Educated to degree level
- Excellent communication skills
- Takes initiative and can be creative where required
- Full driving licence
- Arabic speaking preferred, but not essential
