Employment: Full Time

Job Summary:
Responsible for mediating between Security Services Division and HR Department on a day-to-day basis to understand business requirements and implement HR programs and frameworks.

Main Responsibilities:
Act as a focal point within Security Services Division on day to day HR related activities.
Provide input and support to HR teams in designing and implementing new or enhanced HR strategies, programs, policies and procedures related to the Security Services Division.
Review the collection of time and attendance, benefits, performance-based compensation, expenses, reimbursements, claims, loans and advances data through the system.
Manage the coordination between HR Department and Security Services Division to process employee attendance including annual leave and sick leave to ensure timely processing and compliance with related policies.
Manage the coordination between HR Department and Security Services Division to process employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update employee records.
Manage the coordination between HR Department and Security Services Division to process all social security activities, to ensure the proper maintenance of all social security records, medical bills and treatment records.
Manage the coordination between HR Department and Security Services Division to process loans, advances, reimbursements, allowances and grievance/complaints by reviewing request and sending notification to payroll for deduction on approval.
Manage the coordination between HR Department and Security Services Division to assign company property by gathering the required equipment and document associated with company property including identification and access cards, laptops, and other work related systems/equipment etc.
Manage employee inquiry resolution process by escalating unsolved Security Services employees requests/complaints to relevant HR sections.
Contribute to the excellence of service delivery to internal/external clients in order to achieve Hemayas overall mission.
Practice duties and roles in line with the authorities as illustrated in the authority matrix

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications & Certifications:
Normally a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management

Experience:
Five years of relevant work experience in HR related activities.

KPAs:
Accurate employee records
Accurate timekeeping records
Number of employee complaints resolved
Employee satisfaction
Alignment of HR programs and frameworks with business requirements
Speed and accuracy of response to queries and issues internally and externally
Internal customer service satisfaction

Skills:
Knowledge of the Qatari Labor Law and Qatarization requirements
Conflict Management and Negotiation skills
Organization skills
Communication and Interpersonal skills
Computer literacy: MS windows applications (Word processing, Excel, Spreadsheets)
Fluent in English and Arabic
