HR Business Partner for Leading Security Company in Qatar
A large Security Company is looking for an HR Business Partner to liaise with the blue collar workers regarding all HR matters including, but not limited to, poor attendance, sick leave and holiday leave and any disciplinary matters within the business. This role reports to the Head of HR. The ideal candidate currently may be in a similar role within a large organization.
Requirements
Arabic is a must
3 years leading a HR experience
2 years of experience in the ME region (relevant experience in Security, Construction, Oil & Gas, Engineering)
A strong operations HR background
Managing skills
CIPD or equivalent qualification is an ideal
