HR Business Partner

Job description / Role

A well established Global Engineering business are currently looking for a HR Business Partner for their Saudi operations.

Due to Regional Expansion of the business they are looking for a Saudi National to report into the Regional Head and be responsible for;

- Employee Relations
- Salary Reviews
- Salary Proposals
- Market Benchmarking
- Process Management
- Project Management
- Change Management

Requirements

This position is only available to Saudi Nationals;

-Must be Degree Qualified
-Minimum 5 years experience
-Generalist HR background
-Must have Heavy Industry experience: Manufacturing / Oil & Gas / Construction / Engineering
-Experience in Project Management essential
-Multi-National experience is a MUST

Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 SAR/month - Negotiable
