Our client is one of the worlds leading providers of technical and vocational education, with a growing presence in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.

Seeking an experienced HR Manager to assist with the companys expansion programme by establishing and overseeing the regional HR operations.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level from a Western University, with CIPD or other recognised HR qualification and possess a British, European, Australian or United States passport. Experience in the Middle East would be an advantage.

Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will be responsible for the set up and strategic management of the HR function. Responsibilities will include:

- Contributing to business unit strategy by helping leaders to identify, prioritise and build organisational behaviours, structures and processes.
- Partner the Country Recruitment manager to support managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with function line strategy.
- Helping business leaders to provide employees with development opportunities.
- Act as liaison between business leaders and HR to ensure that functional HR services are aligned with internal client needs.
- Partnering with the Regional HR Director to effectively design, implement, communicate, manage, and enhance HR programs and initiatives.
- Ensuring HR practices are compliant and programs manage risk for sustainable long term growth.

Requirements

Parkhouse Bell are seeking an experienced HR manager on behalf of our client, a global leader in the education and training sector, with plans to expand their already well established presence in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.

The successful candidate for this position will have prior experience working in a complex, global environment and will preferably have some Middle East experience.

The ability to think operationally and strategically, as well as being a positive agent for change will be essential for success. Experience across all aspects of HR, including organisational change and development, talent management and employee relations, and the ability to interact effectively with people from all levels of the organisation will also be necessary.
