Our client is a high performing international FMCG business with a significant global and regional presence. They are currently looking to hire a commercially minded HR Business Partner with considerable market knowledge of the African market.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for driving key HR initiatives, identifying business needs and delivering excellent HR solutions. You will be commercially astute, with a resilient and flexible approach and will enjoy having a great deal of autonomy in your role.

Requirements

Successful candidates must be degree-educated, have worked within and international environment and had responsibilities for the African market.

You will be able to demonstrate working on an operational and strategic level and will have ideally worked on HR projects in areas such as employee engagement, talent management and succession planning.

Candidate must also be based in the Middle East and have previously worked in the region.
