HR Business Partner - Banking - UAE

One of the leading banks in the UAE is looking to hire HR Business Partner for operations in IT.

Requirements

- 7-10 years experience in Banking sector
- At least 3 years experience in UAE,
- Minimum Bachelors degree and CIPD qualification is a must
- Arabic language would be an advantage
- To manage and built relationship between the IT business unit and HR
- Develop strategies and provide support for IT operations
- Manage relationships with IT state holders and Top Management within IT and HR
