Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Work with the Line of Service Leadership team and HR Middle East leadership to define, plan and implement a new operating model for how the regional HR team supports the business, including:
* headcount planning and management
* recruitment and reward
* performance management and pay review
* implementation of regional and local learning & development plan
* career coaching / people management
* employee relations.

Implement new processes, systems and procedures and then manage the delivery of these areas in the context of the Operating Model, Middle East HR strategy and using regional HR support and systems and local HR administrator/officer level support, as appropriate.Ideally you will already be working in the region and/or have previous experience of working within a professional services environment in the Middle East, however we still welcome applications from experienced HR professionals in other countries.

Requirements

We are currently looking to appoint 2 HR Business Partners to join the regional HR team. One roll sits within our Consulting line of service and the other within Deals. For the Deals role you will have previous experience of working within a corporate finance background.

You will be able to demonstrate strong project management experience in a professional services environment (e.g. setting up a new department; managing the introduction of organisation / process change; implementing IT systems, etc.)

Work experience will have demonstrated:
* A proven track-record in understanding the business and influencing the business in HC and people objectives;
* Ability to shape and deliver change in a complex environment;
* Good consulting and relationship management skills;
* Credibility to work with senior people;
* Ability to match business priorities to people strategies and actions.

Ideally, you will also have:
* Some experience of HR finance (including payroll), HR policy and legal experience; an understanding of HR and finance support systems.
* In addition to a Bachelor's degree you will also hold a relevant professional qualification (e.g. HR Masters, UK CIPD or equivalent), possibly also having studied to postgraduate level in business or organisational/people development.
