Job description / Role
We have a new opportunity with a company based in Qatar who are looking for a HR Business Strategic Partner. This is a new job within the company, the primary purpose of the company is to produce, process and supply natural gas from offshore Qatar to the United Arab Emirates and Oman.
In this position, you would act as an interface between the HR functions and the business, identify HR requirements, liaise with line managers on the HR functions and processs that are in place. You will be leading a team of HR personal to improve the effectiveness of implementing HR policies, procedures and standards to meet the companies requirements. You will also participate in the recruitment process of screening, interviewing and selection of candidates to meet the manpower needs of the company.
Requirements
The successful candidate will require, a minimum of 10 years relevant experience, will need to have managed/supervised a team and handled the daily HR functions in an organisation. You will need to have a degree in Human Resources or a related area, knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry and have worked in the United Arab Emirates. Arabic speaking ability to a fluent level would be an advantage.
