RequirementsRequirementsIn this role, you will be working with key decision makers within Government organisations, start up organisations and existing clients primarily within the DIFC, joint ventures with GCC Governments and start up clients from the UK and Australia. You will advise on recruitment strategies, HR policies and UAE labour law, etc. A positive attitude, good time management, teamwork, ability to work under pressure and the drive to succeed are all key to success in this role. Candidates must have a HR, recruitment or marketing background, preferably be Degree educated, strong IT skills and have experience working in the region. As there will be a large level of correspondence and contact with the UK and Australia, our client has requested individuals that are Western educated and able to travel without any visa restrictions to these countries for this role. |
