HR Consultant - Specialist HR Consulting Firm - UAE - Arabic Speaker
The Company
One of the leading Human Capital Consultancy firms in the world is currently recruiting. The business is going from strength to strength in the region and continues to put together a very strong team. They are working across multiple industries to deliver projects in many different human capital disciplines from Organisational Design to Executive Pay. They are looking to hire Arabic speakers into the Abu Dhabi Office and are interested in seeing candidates that are currently working for a reputable consulting firm
The Role
The business are looking for experienced professionals with 3-6 years experience as a HR Consultant or a candidate that has held an Operational HR role followed by a consulting position. You will have experience with the basics of consulting as well as some experience managing or leading a team and on working with multiple clients and projects. They are looking for Arabic Speakers in the first instance so if this matches your profile please do send your CV through.
Requirements
The person should have a university degree from a reputable university and experience in consulting. The candidate will also be willing to live in Abu Dhabi or Dubai in order to be close to the team
