The RoleThe RoleThis is an exciting opportunity within a Global Telecoms Company based in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Head of HR-Operations in Dubai, your main responsibility would be to provide value adding HR services to an identified customer base through implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and processes. You will contribute and support the effective implementation of sound Human Resources practices, policies, procedures, communication and administration whilst maintaining good line supervisory and non-supervisory employee relations management across the company. Responsibilities will include day to day administration, communication and implementation, Resolves complex employee relations issues, Advises BU Management regarding local employment legislation and compliance issues, Manage the quality of information in the HR database, providing metrics and reports for the areas of responsibility, etc. You would play a proactive part in coaching, mentoring and developments of teams and team members. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe ideal candidate must have minimum 3 years of experience with demonstrable knowledge of all HR functions, 1 - 2 years experience in coaching and guiding administrators, preferably in a multicultural environment. Candidate must have Experience in UAE with Advanced knowledge of UAE labour law, English written and spoken, Arabic is a plus. Master’s Degree is preferred in Psychology, Organizational Management, and Human Resources. |
