Job description / Role
Our client, one of the leading property developer based in Dubai is currently seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join their growing team.
- Manages complex HR agenda with the line managers in the business unit
- Recruits employees in the business unit
- Identifies key talents and prepares the individual development plans
- Oversees HR administration in the business unit
- Implements the HR Strategy in close cooperation with line managers and the HR Business Partner
- Supports managers in new employee induction and terminations of departing employees
- Speaks regularly with top talents and identifies new job opportunities
- Engages in different people management projects in the business unit
- Develops line managers in their leadership and management skills
- Provides the instant feedback to line managers about their people management practices
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in HR or a related field required.
- Approximately 6+ years of experience in HR or a related field required.
- CIPD or any HR related discipline
- Knowledge of recruitment process, HR policies, employee relations.
- Knowledge of compensation & Benefits, employees rewards, Training and development.
- Knowledge of employees labor low.
- Ideally Arabic speaking
