Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a Global organisation who is looking to hire a HR Consultant to join their highly renowned company.
As HR Consultant your core responsibilities will be to manage the end-to-end resourcing process for all new starters across the ME region. You will work closely with the Head of HR and Senior Managers being fully involved in special projects.
The role will involve resourcing at all levels including graduate resourcing, onboarding, national and international secondments, leaver processes, employee relations, training programs and assisting with budget information. Having a fresh approach, you will also be involved in organisational development.
Requirements
The successful candidate should preferably be CIPD qualified and have a HR Degree. You should have experience of working in a professional environment and have exposure to a HR generalist role, specifically within resourcing, You will be approachable and have strong planning, management and organisational skills.
