Job description / Role
Our client is a leading professional services organisation providing specialised consultancy services to its clients in the areas of audit, taxation and human resources.
They are looking for a young, dynamic individual with an appreciation of the human dynamics of an organisation, capacity for hard work and ability to work under pressure on deadline oriented projects.
The candidate shall be responsible for carrying out Human resource consultancy assignments independently as well as part of international teams.
Requirements
Desired Profile:
• MBA degree with specialization in HR
• Must be proficient in HR Diagnostic Studies, Organisation restructuring, Manuals writing, Training analysis, Design of Performance Management Systems, etc.
• Must have wide knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products.
• Must possess strong inter-personal and presentation skills and the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
