The RoleThe RoleOur Client Is a large multinational with its head office in Dubai. They currently require a HR Consultant to join their existing HR team. As the HR Consultant you will oversee and manage a number of HR projects such as implementing policies and procedures, assisting with performance management systems, implementing new strategies, assisting with employee queries and questions. |
RequirementsRequirementsAs the ideal candidate you must have worked in a HR position for at least 2 years and be familiar with HR operations. You must be able to work in a team and multitask. Its essential that you are someone who can handle change and communicate with all levels of staff. You must be Western Educated and hold a relevant degree. You must also have at least 1 year UAE work experience. |
