Department: HR Automotive Department
Location: AF Tower 28th Floor

Job Purpose:

To work under the Automotive HR Department and assist in supporting the team with all HR matters, requirements, reports and transactions both UAE and Regional. This role will also support GDHR Automotive with all required administration.

Description of the Accountability

* The job primarily includes coordinating work inside the HR department.
* To maintain a detailed record of all HR related documents and researches and formulates strategies which effectively aid in employee retention.
* Assist in Preparation, Calculation, Consolidation & Submission of:

* Internal Recruitments
* Promotions
* HR Dashboard
* Administration requirements for the GDA office: Travel expenses etc.
* Assist in ensuring all visitors of GD HR Automotive is properly attended to.
* Presentations

* General Coordination with HR/Administrative, Finance, STS and Training Related Activities/Issues of the Department Staff
* Preparation and Updating of Administrative Reports & Forms

Job Context:
Proper and accurate business, administrative, HR, and financial reports  if required will be submitted as per the stipulated time. Ensure to assist and able to resolve cases from time to time.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

* Graduate in Business Administration or equivalent

Minimum Experience:

* Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Administrative and Accounting jobs.

Job-Specific Skills:

* Adbance MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
* Computer skills coupled with knowledge of ERP package especially SAP
* Possess general personal skills like analytical, organizing, time management and communication.
* Management reporting, Reports Preparation and knowledge of Automobile parts business is preferred
