HR Coordinator - Central Human Resource - Kuwait
The Role:
As HR Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting the Department to achieve department objectives and company goals in a timely efficient manner. Specifically:
- Keeping accurate records, review information, consolidate reports and take action where necessary.
- Supporting Area Human Resources Manager with the Annual Merit Review process by regularly following up with the teams to meet deadlines, consolidating the information and carrying out sanity checks to ensure an efficient delivery of the same.
- Supporting the Area Human Resources Manager by maintaining and updating the AOR for the team for the annual incentive and carry out sanity checks to ensure an efficient delivery of the same.
- Arranging, compile and distribute induction for new management recruits into the Business, Monitor the flow of inductees program communicating all changes to recruits and relevant internal departmental representatives.
- Maintaining and collate the completed performance appraisal forms and collate scorecards and succession planning information for respective division.
- Providing constant administrative support to the respective Area Human Resources Manager.
- Maintaining and Update the AOR for EPAFs.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years experience working in an administration or coordination role, ideally within an HR team
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to get things right first time
- Very good communication skills in English
- Outgoing personality with a proactive, enthusiastic approach
