Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Provide Human Resources support to the Eastern Hemisphere Operations.
- Reports to HR Manager, International with dotted reporting line to Regional General Managers
- Support Managers in creating new hire and change requests and follow up on their completion
- Coordinate and assist with implementation and execution of various HR programs (performance, salary and bonus reviews, training, etc.)
- Stay up to date with employment legislation in various international locations and assist with employee relations matters
- Coordinate with HR International team in Calgary and assist with all visa documents preparation
- Coordinate with HR International team in Calgary to deliver on-boarding support to all international employees
- Coordinate with Recruitment team in Calgary to support hiring needs for all Eastern Hemisphere
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

- Oil and gas industry experience
- Experience working with and learning from various countries/cultures
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in Human Resources or equivalent experience an asset
